This is a photograph of William Giblin, murdered at home by his brother Greg. Then again, maybe it's just a photograph of an actor who appears to have been murdered. On the web, who can tell the real from the simulated?
Actually, this photograph comes from the
files of a web-accessible
ongoing investigation of a multiple murder in
Yoknapatawpha county.
This is a photograph of Ron Goldman, taken outside of Nicole Simspon's
condominium. Should these pictures of crime scenes be considered to be
evidence in a court of law? And while we're
on the subject of the Simspon trial, should visual depictions such as this be considered to be evidence admissible in
court?
