Plan of North Area at Mall and Metro

Main boulevard runs from Metro Plaza to Mall area. The boulevard has the highest eleveations at a maximum height of 5 story as do the buildings along the parkway. The entire area is a mixed use area and the height of buildings decreae as one moves away from the main roads. Structured parking is included throughout the town but is primarily located behind the mall and near the metro plaza.


Planc02 is the residential area south of the mall.

It includes a commcercial wedge in the middle of the development, civic structures (school and library), a variety of housing types to include apartments along the north edge ring road.
