Departing Soul, and Pulsating

Lying on the floor, strangely unbroken, Jacob feels that death has arrived, and so, without complaint, ignores the event in order to concentrate on something of great interest... his own rebirth into a Vengeance-capable form.

Carried on great clouds, like Fat Boy arisen, Jacob arrives at the Pulsating Place, in order to be prepared for transmission to a new body. He takes on the temporary shape of a short poem sequence from the light-bodied language of Cain, appearing as one of the oscillating shapes that have blinked at him different times since the start of his adventure. Jacob quite clearly understands that he is now on his way to kill. The X-shape, which somehow he has left behind in the transition to a light-formed body (never quite on screen), still tags along on this trip. Strange representatives from the recently visited Planet of the Future Dead are also standing by to give him aid in case he needs it.
