Commentary:
Neilson chose to replace Jefferson's flat roof (see N362) and Chinese railing with a hip roof and a low parapet. Neilson refers to proportions for this parapet immediately to the left of the elevation drawing as being "4/9 of Intablature." but does not indentify the source for the proportions of this feature.
