The plan for this single-family subdivision arranged the lots and roads with three main objectives in the forefront:

1) to maximize keeping all of the site's existing vegetation

2) to make vehicular circulation clear and safe

3) to arrange the roads to meld into the landscape, to be as unnoticable as possible.
