The Master Planting Plan for Wes Davis Greenway outlines a strategy for
the greenway that will be implemented in three phases that indicate a hierarchy
of importance from greatest to least important. The plan can be implemented
as funds become available. The plan offers detailed instructions for selective
clearing of creek banks, new planting, and maintenance.
A key feature of the plan is a series of “wave” plantings that
mark the trailhead, call attention to and metaphor Beaver Creek, and most
importantly, act as a gateway to downtown. |
