The Winston-Salem Office Park site was a former farm with some hedgerows and woodlots of various sizes. The program included office, office-retail, and office warehouse sites. Boulevards link woodlots and give spatial definition to areas of unbroken fields. The foreground parcel to the left was built as Phase One.
