I have a lecture prepared that accompanies the show.

Costs
Host institutions are responsible for shipping costs from Charlottesville to the venue and the exhibition's return to Charlottesville; a small fee for borrowing the show; and expenses for Kathy Poole for coming to talk about the show.

For shipping: We will have to arrange shipping individually for each venue. Costs will vary according to distance and how I can arrange to book venues to economize the shipping.If you are within a rental van drive distance from Charlottesville, the cost will be that of the truck and gas (and payment of a driver). If you must rely on a shipping company, as a rule of thumb, count on $1000 shipping each way. If we can piggyback venues, this cost can potentially be cut in half by institutions sharing shipping expenses. For borrowing the show: $300 to (only partially) defray the shipping costs.
For lecturing: travel and accommodation expenses. Your usual honoraria for speakers will be fine.
