| The
mapping locates all of the caregiving facilities--shelters and soup kitchens
and other facilities offering help to those who need it. It also locates
places where homeless people have made their own places within the city.
The mapping notes the centrality of the Fens and how it can supplement the
needs that these facilities provide.
