Program Notes: This schedule will have to be amended and revised as the conference date approaches. Session organizer's names precede the session titles. We will be adding discussants and chairs to some sessions.
We have tried to put not more than six presenters in each three hour block and four in each two-hour, in which case, each presenter is expected to have about twenty minutes, and discussants about half that time. In some cases, we have had to squeeze in more papers, which means that each presenter will have less time, and in a few cases there are fewer papers, leaving you more time.
There were sufficient rooms for us to be able to offer everyone an opportunity to present, rather than give a poster. Many of the poster submissions appear as "Program Chair's Choice" sessions. If there are participants who would rather give a poster, please contact the program chair (see below) and he will make arrangements. We will have one multimedia exhibit session.
The program selection process was very competitive this year. If you are on the program and cannot come,please inform your session chair and the program chair, Michael E. Gorman (meg3c@virginia.edu) well before the date of the meeting.
