About The Digital Catalogue Project
Bibliographical research is both inductive and positivist, and as a consequence it relies heavily upon the availability of abundant evidence. This project aims to create a model archive for the storage and circulation of material evidence concerning the printing industry in late Tudor and early Stuart London. All images stored in this archive are freely available for scholarly use, and source document information is included in the header of each image.
