During these desert walks, Jacob feels the bee's mirror-tv at work inside him. One evening, pausing on return under the flag at the trailer park, Jacob sees through the dark and the flag to a new world, filled with oscillating shapes that are the bodies of the future dead. Splitting into endless numbers of pieces, they have become self-contained parts of the auto-generative language brought by Cain out of the Garden of Eden.
