Jacob still looking up, trying to put together the right words of thank you, and also hoping that he can still remember how to send those words up without visible speech to the quickly departing B52 that was kind enough to drop him off here... somehow he got seriously off course (looking for food?), and would never have made tonight's port of call without that little bit of friendly flight. A bleep, a pause, and then Jacob, already forgetting, turns and heads towards the telephone. the phone's white case is open, and the marker is seen in the background...
