| Constructed mappings Shadow Box The watersheds organize the mapping (and the place) spatially, so the mapping is very empirical. On another level the mapping is metaphorical, discussing how we attempt to containerize Wet Lands. But it never works. They slip and slide, expand and contract, transform themselves, disappear, and reappear. Their slippery natures allows Wet Lands hold secrets within and beneath their surfaces--delightful surprises and dirty little secrets--all of which are rich fodder for design.
