The relationship to the city is fluctuating. Fens in ordinary days will show little connection to the city as it is now. It implicates the void of connection, absence of water flow today. Water itself, mostly rain, will activate the Fens as an infrastructure. A serial spaces of void, or absence will be filled, be transformed, have presence, and allude connection to the city.
