Dana Hogstedt • Synthesis

I have reshaped the War Memorial Garden to have a landform that is more responsive to the memorials. I have also reshaped the lagoon to recall its former qualities of meander and marsh.

I have created islands that offer refuge to people who seek it (and, in the case of homeless people, need it).

The gatehouse has been redeveloped as a 24 hour "check out center" for things that homeless people need (like tools and blankets).
