1 Interpretive Mapping  as a way of understanding the city and the issues involved in the project

TO BEGIN THIS PROJECT, each of you will map a framework that will structure your project.
This mapping will consist of two simultaneous activities: 1 making physical maps and 2 mapping a conceptual subject through a set of topical readings, which we will discuss together over the next two weeks

Topical Discussions
At the beginning of each studio, we will discuss one topic per studio day. You are responsible for completing the readings and being prepared to discuss them. The intention of these discussions is to equip you with the theoretical and place-specific content necessary for you to successfully complete the project.
