Along the Charlesbank, the land/water
edge is reconstructed as a treatment wetland that filters the overpass
and roof water of the city. Programmatically, the land's use is inhabitable,
but its spaces of inhabitation shift with the wetness regime--spaces drying
and spaces flooding. |
