Services Adriane Fowler proposes to enhance the Fens as a productive landscape, a landscape that produces foodstuffs and perhaps useful materials and does "work" for the city by cleaning its water. Ann O'Hara Wilkiemeyer introduces water cleansing and fire supression services into the Fens. And Tracey Miller adds not only water cleansing but also soil recycling.
