	Tuned to the telescope, the tv sky-searches for a place to visit. Once Americans went to the moon through TV... now they hope to bring it back, moonbeam by moonbeam. Day by day the number of people switching from the ordinary programming to this rather monotonous channel will grow (if Jacob is example), and with every positive flick of the remote, that moon will inch closer and closer to us, to earth, to its original womb under the far Pacific Ocean (some people say the moon came out of Tahiti, and wants to go back).

His Memory Returns:

At Frisch, Jacob is a programmer writing code for gunsite displays in the simulators. The next day, twiddling code, Jacob feels an explosion in his brain, and remembers a previous experience of disapearance at the hives, which seemed to have occured after hearing voices within the comb. He is so disturbed by the memory that he leaves work, heading home to spend the afternoon watching tv. Inevitably, though, Jacob ends up at his hives.
