Dana Hogstedt proposes an infrastructure that
allows new activities for populations that currently cannot engage in the
activities that would make the landscape a more meaningful part of their
lives. Gigi Salstonstall proposes new spaces
that allow the making of art in the public landscape. Jerald Sparkman introduces
boating into the Charlesgate area of the Fens and brings the city--and its
activities--into the daily life of the park. Rui-ling
Zhang offers a place for public gathering and performance and a place
for environmental education.
