Two designers studied the city's infrastructure other than water. Jerald
Sparkman looked for places where many infrastructures converged or bundled,
seeing them as special opportunities for learning. And Gigi
Saltonstall decided that since the Fens is commonly experienced from
multiple modes of transportation, that it was important to document the
Fens from some of these varied modes.
